Session
Payments and Registration Information Payment is due prior to your first riding lesson. Weekly Lesson Fees: Private-1/2 Hour-$25.00 Private Hour- $40.00 Program Acceptance & Evaluation Prior to starting our Program all applicants are required to have an Evaluation by our Team consisting of the Head Instructor and a professional advisor (ie: physical therapist, occupational therapist, mental health professional etc.) who will make the final determination of acceptance of any given client based on the evaluation performed prior to starting the program as some conditions may exist that contraindicate horseback riding. Acceptance will be re-evaluated as needed. ***Evaluation Fee is $50.00 and will last approx. 30-45min Call to schedule.. **If you already have a recommended therapy plan and do not need an evaluation by one of our licensed Therapist we will still need to do an Evaluation by our Head Instructor to match your student up with the right Horse and Volunteers. Therapist Evaluations are available on Wednesday 3:30-5:30pm. or Fridays 2:30-4:30pm. Call to schedule... ***Mini Evaluation Fee is $25.00 and will last approx 30 min.

Check or Credit Card in our Tack Store Attendance Please arrive on time and ready to ride Instructors and Volunteers have reserved that time and are waiting for you, students arriving more than 15 minutes late will not be able to ride. Lessons missed due to late arrival are not eligible for make-up lessons. Cancellation
Make up Lessons Scheduling make-up lessons is
each student’s/family’s responsibility. Only students who have excused absences
are eligible to receive a make-up class. “No shows” and cancellations made
within one hour of the scheduled time, may not be made up. |
